Common questions

I'm not getting magic-link emails

Check your spam folder first — Resend emails sometimes land there. If you still don't see it after a few minutes, email us and we'll send you a one-time sign-in link manually.

I want to set a password instead of using magic-links

Sign in once with the magic-link, then go to Account and use the "Set a password" form. After that, you can sign in with email + password without waiting for an email.

I'm a commissioner — how do I invite my league mates?

Go to Commish → People. There's an Invite section at the top where you enter their email address. They'll receive a one-click join link that lands them on the league with their team already assigned (if you've claimed it for them).

My push notifications aren't working on the mobile app

Open the app and go to Settings. Check that you've granted notification permission and that the categories you want are toggled on. If you see a "Token: — not captured —" line in the diagnostics section, force-quit the app and reopen it to re-register.

How do I delete my account?

On web: Account → Delete account. On the mobile app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible. If you're a commissioner, you'll need to transfer that role first or your league will be archived. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after deletion.

I found a bug

Send it to hello@leagueadvantage.com with steps to reproduce. If it's a critical issue affecting live scoring during an NFL game, mark the subject line URGENT and we'll prioritize it.

The mobile app is crashing

Try force-quit and reopen first. If it keeps crashing, email us with your iOS version, the League Advantage app version (Settings → About), and what you were doing right before it crashed.

How can I export my league's data?

Email us at hello@leagueadvantage.com and we'll send you a JSON or CSV export of your league's rosters, transactions, and historical seasons.

Response times

We aim to respond to every email within 24 hours, often faster. During NFL season weekends (Saturdays through Monday nights, September through January), critical issues get immediate attention; lower-priority questions may take an extra day.
